Download your photos:

Remember to save your photos to prevent “excessive data” usage.

Click on “Download  Photos” link in your email button, this will open in your browser. Click download “photos”. This is a “zip’ folder. Depending on what operating system you, you can save and unzip.

Make sure you know where or select where ‘photo .zip file’ are saved to.
Extracting the contents of this “Zip” file will provide you with your photos. Most modern devices will allow you to “unzip” or “extract’ your photos with the click of a button.

 

 

Some helpful links to  opening “zip folders” and extracting your photos:

Mac

Double-click the zip file. Select “Open with Archive Utility” and click “OK” if prompted. Either way, the utility will open and decompress the zipped files. The files are placed in the same folder as the zip file. http://www.ehow.com/how_6939682_extract-zip-file-mac.html

iOS

Please follow the link and download the Apple app store. Use the app to open the “Zip” file. (Please note that downloading a zip file may not possible on mobile iOS Apple devices due to restrictions set by Apple). Android – WinZip App

Select .zip file and click on ‘unzip’ button. Or follow the link and download the WinZip app. Use the app to open the “Zip” file.

Windows

To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Windows – XP or below Download and install http://www.7-zip.org/ Open the file with 7zip.

 


Download your Videos

Remember to save your video to prevent “excessive data” usage.

Click on “Download  Video” link in your email button, this will open in your browser. Click download “video” and “save”.

iOS Safari will not save Videos.  use Firefox to save your video.

iOS:

Click “Save file” and chose location you wish to save it to. iOS does not allow videos to be downloaded from Safari.You can save video by using Firefox. Or you will need to install  a Download Manager to save your video (http://appcrawlr.com/iosapps/best-apps-video-downloader). If you do not have a Download Manager no need to worry. Your video is stored online and will not disappear. So, you can share your video now & download later from another device when you have more time.
